Classes, Consulting, and Mentorship for Coffee Roasters

Whether you’re looking to join one of Rob’s pre-existing classes or have him build a class specifically for your roasting team, you’ll find what you’re looking for here. I offer specialized classes for people roasting on Loring roasters, as well as courses focused on traditional drum roasters.

I consult with roasters worldwide via Zoom and work with people in person at my roasting lab. I have quick call options at 25 minutes, longer format sessions at 55, and the option to roast together over Zoom. Additionally, I can remotely taste and assess your coffee and roast profiles.

Working with coffee roasters over the long term — mentoring them through their growth and challenges — is something I care deeply about. For years, I worked with clients in a more à la carte style, often diagnosing the same problems again and again. Now, I offer ongoing mentorship that allows us to go deeper, track progress over time, and focus on meaningful development in both skill and confidence.
