A structured look at your green handling, roasting, packaging, and cafe/wholesale systems — so our session together goes deep instead of getting spent on discovery.
Before you start
- Plan 45–60 minutes, ideally with your team
- Submit at least 3–5 days before our session
- You'll self-rate each process on a 1–5 scale (Not in place → Documented + followed + audited)
- Your responses are confidential — NDA available on request
